Built a custom + AI content production workflow to create high quality ecommerce content across multiple formats and customer touchpoints.

The workflow was used to develop studio style product photography, lifestyle imagery, UGC style content, product videos, promotional creatives, and campaign assets without relying entirely on traditional photoshoots or production.

Used Claude for creative concepts, prompts, scripts, content direction, and ideation, then used Higgsfield to generate and transform visuals into polished images and videos. Created multiple creative variations to test different products, environments, messaging, visual styles, and content formats.

The same flat lay goes one step further, becoming the foundation for a short, polished product video. Claude was used to develop the creative direction, prompts, motion, and scene concepts, while Higgsfield and Seedance brought the product to life through AI generated motion, environments, transitions, and pacing.

The result was a repeatable workflow for turning static ecommerce assets into engaging product videos for PDPs, paid social, email, and promotional campaigns.

Created new editorial and lifestyle imagery using existing ecommerce model assets, while preserving the model’s facial features, identity, and overall appearance.

Using AI image generation, I developed new poses, environments, compositions, and creative angles around the existing model and product photography, expanding the brand’s visual library without requiring a completely new photoshoot.
