Case study

Elephant Trunk

A website refresh, product page revamp, paid campaigns and search visibility for a premium spice brand.

Great product, pages that were not doing it justice

Elephant Trunk sells premium whole spices, and the product and packaging were already beautiful. The website was not keeping up: product pages did not explain what made the spices special, and there was little search visibility or paid acquisition behind the store.

I came in as a consultant to audit the store, rebuild the pages that mattered most, and set up the acquisition and tracking the brand needed to grow.

01

Website refinement and PDP revamp

I ran a CRO and ecommerce audit that found the merchandising, UX, SEO and conversion gaps, delivered a prioritized roadmap, then executed the fixes. The product pages were the priority: clearer benefits, origin and usage, better imagery and stronger calls to action.

  • CRO and ecommerce audit
  • Product page rebuild
  • Landing pages for campaigns
  • Merchandising and navigation fixes

02

Paid social and search campaigns

I set up, monitored and optimized Meta Ads and Google Ads, with audience targeting, bid strategy and creative testing focused on return on ad spend.

  • Meta Ads setup and creative testing
  • Google Search and Shopping campaigns
  • Peak season and promotional calendars
03

SEO and GEO

I handled on-page SEO and structured the content so the brand could be found in both traditional search and AI-driven answers (generative engine optimization, or GEO).

  • Metadata, headings and product copy
  • Content structured for AI-driven search
  • Google Business Profile listing
04

Tracking and reporting

I built the tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and delivered monthly performance reports with clear recommendations and next steps.
